What are your OPD timings?
Our OPD runs every day, with exact doctor timings visible on each doctor’s profile. Emergency services are available 24x7.
Billing
Do you accept health insurance and cashless claims?
Yes, we work with major insurers and TPAs. Please carry your insurance card and ID; our insurance desk will help with pre-authorisation.
Health packages
Is home sample collection available?
Yes. Choose Home collection while booking a test and our phlebotomist will visit at your chosen time.
Do I need to fast before a health checkup?
Most packages need 8–10 hours of fasting (water is fine). We will confirm instructions on the confirmation call.
How soon will I get my reports?
Most blood reports are ready within 24 hours. Imaging and specialised tests may take slightly longer.
